Training and Support

At Panztel we understand that client endorsement is vital if the full benefits of eziTracker are to be realised, and so we’re committed to providing an outstanding training & support service for all eziTracker users.

We provide comprehensive support and training, including online support, telephone help desk, individual training and user forums.

Training packages can be put together to suit organisations’ particular requirements, with precise support arrangements written into Service Level Agreements.

Support

The eziTracker help desk is available 24x7 for authorised customer support staff. Routine matters can be reported online or via email whilst the telephone support line is manned at all times by local Panztel staff.

We don’t use offshore contact centres. All reported issues are tracked via our case management system to which customers have online access.

Details of the target response times are set out in the service level agreements.

EziTracker Training

Location: Training can be provided at customer premises or at our training centre.

Size: We provide total flexibility on class numbers, scaling from one-on-one tuition to large groups.

Content: A range of programmes are provided to suit different levels of experience and user status, starting with programmes aimed at beginners and escalating on to more intensive training designed for advanced Super Users. Bespoke training days can also be designed and delivered to suit specific customer requirements.

Forums: Although not a specific training event, eziTracker User Forums provide a useful ways for users to learn tips and tricks from trainers and other users. The Forum provides an opportunity for users to exchange ideas, pass on feedback and learn about forthcoming releases. User Forums are held regularly and are provided free of charge.

Supporting Remote Workers

Simplicity and ease of use are key features of the eziTracker service, so very little training is usually required for care workers. For reassurance, an easy-to-read “How to use” guide (available in five different languages) is given to all eziTracker PIN card holders. This helps to ensure confidence in eziTracker right from the start, so that staff are quick to embrace the eziTracker service with no disruption to their work.
